Job Description

HVAC Services Technician IIILocation: Orlando, FLEmployment: Full-Time | Direct HireSchedule: Fully Onsite, Monday–FridayCompensation: $25–$40/hr (depending on level of experience)Position OverviewThe HVAC Service Technician III is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and mechanical components/equipment. Perform Service projects/small jobs from beginning to completion and insure total customer satisfaction throughout.Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and commission of a wide variety of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
  • Performs maintenance of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
  • Establishes and maintain clear communications with customers while both on and off the customer job sites.
  • Assists in maintain inventory and tool procurement of individual service vehicle.
  • Promotes and performs all aspects of BMCC's safety procedures and policies
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience (skill of level II–III technician).
  • Cooling tower service, annual maintenance, gearbox replacement and alignment, water cooled chiller annual maintenance, and hydronic system understanding & troubleshooting.
  • Active Technician License.
  • EPA Certification.
  • Hands-on experience performing installation, commission, and maintenance of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
  • Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Travel approximately 0–5%
  • Ability to climb ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and ramps
  • Frequently stand, walk, sit, bend, and perform repetitive motions
  • Operate machinery, hand tools, and power tools
  • Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Work in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to weather conditions, noise, and active construction sites
