HVAC Service Warehouse Associate

Primary Responsibilities:

· Assist with daily shipping schedule and perform inventory checks to ensure accurate information is provided for proper decision making

· Deliver materials and equipment to and from jobsites.  Assist with loading and unloading

· Assist the team in handling daily communication with 3rd party partners

· Assist the team as needed throughout the day

· Perform receiving duties and recording part orders

· Work cooperatively with colleagues and other departments and communicate relevant information in a timely and effective manner

· Tool repair and maintenance

· Assist in restocking warehouse materials

· Responsible for breaking down HVAC equipment and organizing scrap metal 

· Refrigerant recovery and record keeping in compliance with EPA 608

· Provide feedback and recommendations to their manager regarding changes to improve the operation and implement action plans as directed

· General shop maintenance, cleaning, and organization

Requirements:

· Clean driving record

· Tools to perform work

· Chauffer’s license preferred

· Ability to obtain EPA Section 608 certification
