Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead shop fabrication of HVAC sheet metal systems

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

• Coordinate workflow and manage daily production schedules

• Ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met

• Maintain strict quality control procedures

• Train, mentor, and develop shop personnel

• Enforce safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman (required)

• Strong knowledge of HVAC duct fabrication and installation standards

• Ability to read blueprints and manage production timelines

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
