Join us at Airheads HVAC in Copperas Cove, Texas, as a full-time HVAC Systems Installer- Team Lead! Step into a leadership role where your expertise is valued and your hard work is rewarded.

Earn $33-$38 per hour plus bonuses and an incremental sign-on bonus of up to $5,000!

YOUR DAY

As our HVAC Systems Installer- Team Lead, you take charge, guiding an apprentice and ensuring every HVAC installation meets our high-quality standards. From start to finish, you manage projects, troubleshoot challenges, and provide excellent customer service. You uphold Airheads HVAC standards, ensuring that every install runs smoothly and efficiently. With every system you install, you make a lasting impact-on both our customers and your growing career.

REQUIREMENTS

EPA 608 certification
3+ years of experience
Valid driver's license

Preferred qualifications:

Has the majority of tools needed for HVAC installation
NATE certified
Experience with communication equipment
An understanding of Airflow
