Job Description

This is a entry level position for anyone interested in pursuing a career in the HVAC field. You must have already completed HVAC certification program, currently enrolled in a HVAC certification program, or willing to enroll in a HVAC certification program within a few months. Schooling must be completed outside of business hours. We prefer employees who already have previous construction, mechanical, or technical background experience.

The General Labor will be responsible for assisting the HVAC Installer Technician during the installation process while gaining on the job experience. Laborer will learn to perform preventative maintenance task for our advantage plan members. Laborers will conduct duct cleanings and other indoor air quality control task. Labors will be responsible for picking parts and equipment from the supply house and delivering to the jobsite for HVAC system installation.

Must be hands on learner, hard worker, self motivated, technical, mechanical, trouble shooter, problem solver, good with tools, use to working outside all day, good driving record, clean background and drug test.Specific Responsibilities:

Installation, maintenance, repair, heating and air conditioning systems
Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment
Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

Hands on Training and School Training for Residential/Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration
Complete CFC/EPA Certification Program
Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record
Able to lift up to 50-100lbs
Excellent communication skills
Professional appearance and personality
