Job Description

Better Service Inc. is currently looking to fill long term, full time positions in our HVAC department for installs and/or service techs for the Kansas City, MO and KS metro area. Competitive weekly pay and company van is provided. Mainly residential but some commercial.Requirements:

  • EPA Certified.
  • HVAC technicians will need at least 3 years experience in troubleshooting, service and/or installs.
  • Valid driver license.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening.
  • Smart phone (for service)
  • Must have the ability to work Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
  • Have the ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs.
  • Stand, sit, and stoop when working.
  • Climb ladders if needed.
  • Must have your own basic hand tools.

Hourly $17.00-$32.00. Pay is negotiable based on experience.
