Join a fast-growing heating and cooling company as an HVAC Tech (Lead Technician) in Duluth, GA, where you will have the chance to work with a lively, high-energy team that is passionate about doing the job right the first time. Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Tech (Lead Technician) position include:

5+ years of HVAC service, maintenance, and repair experience
EPA Universal Certification required
Experience with both residential and light commercial HVAC work
Valid driver’s license required with the ability to pass an MVR
Complete 3–5 service calls per day on average
Perform service, maintenance, and repair work on HVAC systems
Participate in on-call Saturdays once per month
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
