ABOUT THIS HEATING AND COOLING POSITION
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM, with flexibility for occasional overtime or weekend shifts
- Location: You'll dispatch from home to job sites within a 50-mile radius of Escondido, CA
The Role: As an HVAC Tech, you start your day dispatching from home to job sites within a 50-mile radius of Escondido, CA. You dive into hands-on troubleshooting and system diagnostics, ensuring our residential customers enjoy efficient, reliable HVAC systems. With the latest tools, systematic processes, and a supportive team behind you, every day brings the satisfaction of delivering high-quality solutions and making a difference for our customers.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- 2+ years of technical experience in systems troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of airflow
- Excellent communication skills and tech-savviness
Preferred:
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot multiple system brands
- A proven track record of delivering solutions
