Job Description

Wesley Heating & Cooling in Green Bay is hiring a full-time HVAC Tech. If you want steady work, solid pay, and the chance to grow your skills, this is the place for you.

HERE'S THE DEAL:

Pay: This HVAC Tech position pays $60,000 – $80,000 a year (hourly + bonuses)

Schedule: You'll work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Overtime is available, and you'll also be part of an on-call rotation. Each day starts at our central location before heading out to job sites.

YOUR DAY AS AN HVAC TECH:

Your day will start at the shop, then you'll head out to help customers across the Green Bay area. You'll maintain heating and AC systems, troubleshoot problems, and handle repairs to keep equipment running smoothly. You'll also talk with customers, explain your work, and provide excellent service. With tools, training, and a company vehicle provided, you'll have everything you need to get the job done right.

YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU:

High school diploma or equivalent
HVAC service experience
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

HVAC diploma or related training is preferred.
