Job Description
AirBear Heating and Cooling, based in Navarre, FL, is hiring a full-time HVAC Technician to support our growing operations. If you have hands-on experience in heating and air conditioning servicing and are looking for a dependable, long-term opportunity with a respected company, we encourage you to apply today!
Pay: $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience

QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience with servicing and maintaining air conditioners
- Possess all hand tools and basic power tools
An EPA certification is preferred for this position.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC TECHNICIAN
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
In this role, you'll be responsible for servicing and troubleshooting heating and air conditioning systems for customers across Pensacola, Navarre, and Destin. You'll verify and pick up equipment, manage truck inventory, clean and prep your vehicle daily, and handle customer payments and invoicing. You'll perform precise and professional servicing while maintaining clear communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
