About the Role:
Aire Serv of East Valley is looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Mesa, AZ! This is your chance to work with a trusted name in heating and cooling, serving customers who count on us to keep their homes and businesses comfortable year-round. Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC units and components
- Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and recommendations
- Complete service documentation, work orders, and maintenance reports accurately
- Represent the Aire Serv brand with professionalism on every job site
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation, service, or repair experience
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and on rooftops
