Job Description
Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and reliable Part-Time HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation systems, etc.)
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with HVAC systems
Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups
Ensure compliance with company standards, local codes, and safety regulations
Communicate effectively with customers and provide professional recommendations
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Qualifications:
EPA certification (Type I & II or Universal required)
Minimum 2 years of HVAC field experience preferred
Knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and tools
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Schedule:
Part-time; flexible hours (may include some weekends as needed)
Compensation:
