Job Description
We’re partnering with a fast-growing HVAC and plumbing company that’s focused on quality work, career growth, and a team-first culture. They’re looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join their residential and commercial team.What You’ll Do:
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems to code and company standards
- Diagnose issues and complete repairs accurately and safely
- Communicate clearly with customers about system use and maintenance
- Recommend services or upgrades when appropriate
- Complete all paperwork and maintain tools, vehicle, and equipment
- Pay: $25–$40/hr based on experience
- Commission: Up to 5% of sales (uncapped)
