- Responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems
- Work with both residential and commercial customers throughout the Columbus area
- Opportunity to earn additional income through commission incentives

- Install HVAC equipment and systems according to company standards and local codes
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and components
- Test newly installed systems to ensure proper performance and operation
- Educate customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and service recommendations
- Complete service documentation, work orders, and inventory tracking accurately
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain company equipment and vehicles
- Minimum of 1 year of HVAC installation, service, or maintenance experience
- Experience working with commercial HVAC systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Valid driver's license required
- EPA Certification preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage daily assignments
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Basic knowledge of plumbing systems is a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments
