We're on the hunt for a full-time HVAC Technician to join our heating and cooling team in Rock Springs and Green River, WY. With competitive pay ranging from $38,400 to over $100,000/year, you'll be rewarded for your skills and effort from day one.

Our technicians enjoy a steady full-time schedule with no after-hours or weekend emergency calls. You'll work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, or choose an alternate Tuesday through Saturday schedule-whichever works best for you and the team.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR HVAC TECHNICIAN

As an HVAC Technician, you will begin your day by reviewing the schedule and making sure your HVAC service vehicle is fully stocked and ready to go. Your day will include performing maintenance on residential heating systems, conducting diagnostics, and making repairs on air conditioning systems. You'll put your heating and cooling expertise to work on every job, bringing a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Throughout the day, you will communicate clearly with homeowners, explain your findings, and offer trusted solutions that make sense. You may also handle occasional commercial HVAC service calls, maintaining the same high standards of service.

Here's what we need from you:

• EPA Type 2 HVAC license
• Basic hand tools
• Clean and valid driver's license

Preferred:

• 1+ years of HVAC or plumbing service experience
• Customer-facing experience
• Basic ability to use an iPad or similar technology
