Job Title: HVAC TechnicianLocation: Hastings, NE Pay Rate: $22.00 28.00/hour (based on experience)Shift: Monday Friday | 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PMHours may vary;some weekends requiredJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join a growing team in Hastings, NE. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with hands-on HVAC experience who takes pride in delivering quality service and customer satisfaction. Technicians will work across residential, commercial and industrial settings installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems.Key Responsibilities
- Install, diagnose, repair and maintain heating and air conditioning systems
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and identify system issues
- Repair or replace HVAC components and complete system upgrades
- Maintain accurate service and refrigerant records
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Communicate with customers regarding system performance, recommendations and solutions
- Follow all safety standards and industry regulations
- Proven HVAC experience required (on-the-job training or field experience preferred)
- Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, components and controls
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver s license
- Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
