Responsibilities:

āœ… Oversee installation of HVAC systems.

āœ… Repair, and conduct maintenance on equipment like furnaces that require constant care.

āœ… Locate maintenance problems on equipment

āœ… Provide good customer care.

āœ… Run after-hours calls as needed.

āœ… Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment.

āœ… Provide technical support when in the field.

Job requirements

  • At least 1-2+ years of HVAC experience

  • Active Driver's License and reliable transportation

  • Able to pass a drug test and a background check

  • EPA certification

  • NATE or Pearl certification is a huge plus

  • sales experience is desirable, or at least not having a fear of sales.

  • Must have minimum hand tools and instruments

  • Can communicate effectively orally and in writing

  • Demonstrates Ethical Behavior

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
