HVAC Technician
Location: Field-Based | Full-Time (Second Shift)
Pay Range: $28.00 - $42.00/hour depending on experience and certifications
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Guaranteed Pay: 40 hours/week (even if actual workload is lighter some weeks)

We're hiring an Evening HVAC Service Technician to support residential and light commercial customers during second shift hours. This role is perfect for someone who works well independently, communicates clearly with customers, and takes pride in diagnosing and repairing systems the right way.

What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and identify potential issues before they escalate
- Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience during every service call
- Provide feedback to leadership on recurring issues, training opportunities, and system performance
- Assist with retrofit work or energy/utility program requirements when needed
- Document work clearly and accurately for both internal tracking and customer communication
What You Bring
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience (residential or commercial)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across a variety of systems
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical schematics
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
- Strong decision-making skills in the field
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of HVAC system performance
- Knowledge of sheet metal practices and air balancing is a plus
- NATE certification is a plus
