Join a fast-growing HVAC franchise as an HVAC Technician in Norwalk, CT, where you’ll have the chance to make an immediate impact with a company known for customer care, quality workmanship, and an expanding multi-state presence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys residential and light commercial work, wants strong earning potential through sales incentives, and is looking to grow with a newer Connecticut location backed by an established franchise network.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Technician position include:

EPA 608 certification (Type II or Universal) required
2+ years of HVAC service, maintenance, or installation experience
Perform service and installation work on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Install, repair, and service of heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, solutions, and pricing
Accurately document work and complete service tickets
Maintain a professional appearance, strong customer service, and safe work practices

Salary: $25 - $35 per hour, plus sales incentives, commensurate with experience.
