A well-respected and long-standing commercial HVAC company is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join their growing team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a company known across town, offering guaranteed full-time hours, hands-on experience with everything from 5-ton units to cooling towers and chillers, and access to advanced industry sectors like controls and VFDs. Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Technician position include:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial HVAC trade
Valid Nevada driver’s license with a clean driving record
EPA certification required; post-secondary HVAC education is a plus
Hands-on experience with small package units (under 5 tons) and large systems up to 40 tons
Familiarity with water source heat pumps, cooling towers, chillers, and restaurant refrigeration
Must supply own everyday tools and gauges; company provides specialty tools and van (take-home)
Responsibilities include commercial service, repair, and rotating on-call support every 6–7 weeks
Must be open to integrating new technologies, as the company is transitioning from paper to tablet-based systems

Salary: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including guaranteed 40-hour work weeks year-round, some overtime during summer, take-home van, medical and dental insurance, and PTO starting at 1 week after the first year, with increases in the 2nd and 5th years.
