Job Description

OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified HVAC/R Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC/R systems, with a focus on maintaining and servicing residential and commercial equipment. This role requires a commitment to safety, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to interpret schematics and technical documents.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues related to HVAC operations.
Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to ensure proper installation and maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work activities.
Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience as a HVAC/R Technician with no less than 10 years experience.
Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of thermal dynamix and industrial mechanics.
Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for HVAC equipment.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
EPA systems certification is required.
