Job Description

Jersey Refrigeration is hiring an experienced HVAC/R Service Technician. We're a growing, well-established mechanical services company serving Newark and the surrounding ~20-mile area, and we're investing in modern tools (ServiceTitan, company vehicles, tablets) to make our techs' jobs easier and more efficient.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC/refrigeration systems
  • Perform tune-ups, installs, and service calls using ServiceTitan for scheduling and job documentation
  • Communicate clearly with customers and represent the company professionally on every call
  • Keep your van stocked and organized; document jobs with photos

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC/R service experience (residential and/or light commercial)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean-ish driving record
  • EPA Universal certification preferred
  • You do NOT need to hold your own NJ HVAC license — you'll work under our Master HVACR license
  • Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time
