WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN US AS AN HVAC TECHNICIAN?
As a heating and cooling expert with our small, family-owned business, you'll enjoy getting to know our customer base. You'll also earn a competitive wage of $24 - $36/hour based on experience, plus bonuses on sales and maintenance plans sold. In addition, you'll receive excellent benefits, including 100%-paid medical for the employee, dental options, an IRA (coming soon), paid time off (PTO), and paid holidays. In addition, we provide our HVAC Technician with a company vehicle and company-provided shirts.
This heating and cooling position also enjoys a work-life-balanced schedule of Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, with some seasonal overtime available. There is also an on-call rotation for emergency service.
Wondering how you can enjoy this amazing compensation and benefits package? All that you need is:
- 1-2 years of HVAC field experience
- EPA Section 608 certification for refrigerant
- Driver's license and a good driving record
- Completion of relevant HVAC schooling or technical training (not currently enrolled)
