Job Summary: The HVAC Technician would be responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories. Oversees the work of Assistant Installation Technician to ensure work is performed correctly, communicates with customers to provide suitable comfort solutions, answers questions resolves problems, and ensures customer satisfaction.

JOB DUTIES

· Installs heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment

· Performs limited diagnostics, as necessary

· Effectively communicates with customers regarding questions, concerns, and problems.

Qualifications:

· Must have prior HVAC Installation Technician experience

· Knowledge of the fundamentals of operational functionality of residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment.

· Knowledge of the layout and installation requirements of residential duct work and fittings.

· Strong communication and customer service skills
