JOB SUMMARY

This position performs service, repair, installation and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and occasionally light commercial setting.

Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform system evaluations and explain solutions clearly to homeowners
Use a structured process that helps you succeed (not scripts that make you sound robotic)
Deliver a professional experience that builds trust—and repeat business

HVAC experience (service preferred)
Strong communication skills (this is a big one)
Pride in your work and how you show up
Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented
Someone who wants to grow—not just punch a clock
MUST posses a Connecticut B, D, or S license.

$60,000 – $100,000+ annually (based on experience and performance)
Hourly base + generous bonus incentives
