Paladin Consulting is currently hiring an HVAC Technician to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Phoenix, AZ. Job Title: HVAC Technician Work Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent; trade school preferred Job Description:
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Client facing role
- Some teamwork, but mostly independent
- Complete daily work orders
- Changing filters
- Painting/patching
- Light plumbing
- General maintenance
- Light electrical
- Fork lift and safety certifications would be a plus
- 5 years + with commercial or residential multi-family experience
- General maintenance skills
- Basic electric
- Basic plumbing
- Light carpentry
- Commercial door maintenance skills
- Specific past experience in either Electric or plumbing
- Good customer service skills
- Tablet experience
- Basic computer experience
- Outlook
