Job Description

We are a 3rd generation HVAC company, a family-owned company that has operated since 1943. We service and install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment in Sioux Falls and the surrounding area. With 80 years in business, we offer stability and career growth opportunities. As a family-oriented company, we can be flexible.

Our regular business hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday with 24-hour emergency service. We offer competitive pay and benefits, high job diversity, and year-round work. Tools are provided as well as quality fleet vehicles. Paid weekly via direct deposit. Uniform shirts provided, clothing allowance, and company cell phone.

Duties include, but not limited to:

run service calls for residential and light commercial customers, including diagnostic, maintenance, and accessory installs during regular business hours

be available for on-call emergency after-hour service rotation

maintaining stock inventory and materials

receiving payments toward invoices in Quick books

answering phone calls to schedule appointments or take messages or use call forwarding service

handling over the counter/walk-in sales and payments

light cleaning

receive truck shipments

safely and responsibly operate company vehicles and heavy machinery ie. forklift, scissor lift

Requirements

Must have HVAC experience
Must understand diagnostics in forced air, boilers and mini splits
Can think for themself/ independent thinkers
General handy man
Must be ok with heights and can work on rooftop systems
Must be able to pull a trailer
Tools can be provided if needed

Hourly pay is negotiable

Supplemental health insurance available to you after 90 day waiting period

Health insurance benefits are available for employees over 25 hours a week after a 90 day waiting period

Overtime is paid over 40 hours
