Their work is centered on creating environments that are more comfortable, safe, and energy-efficient for both residential and commercial customers.
Location: Lynchburg or Danville VA- onsite role
Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician who combines technical expertise with a strong customer-first mindset. This individual is not just a mechanic—they are a trusted advisor in the home, capable of diagnosing issues, educating customers, and delivering a high-quality service experience.
The ideal candidate is self-driven, reliable, and takes pride in their work, with a desire to build a long-term career—not just hold a job.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating & cooling systems
- Guide customers to informed buying decisions
- Maintain communication with dispatch, management, and installation teams
- Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional
- Have or be willing to obtain proper certifications (support provided)
- Join the on-call rotation
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base = $48k - $79,500 (depending on experience)
- Health Benefits: 60% covered the employee’s premium
