Why This Role Matters

You'll be the go-to for HVAC service calls, performing maintenance, diagnostics, and light repairs across a wide range of commercial equipment. We're not looking for entry-level. This role is for technicians who know their tools, understand the systems, and want a place to get even better.

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot and service rooftop units, walk-ins, reach-ins, and make-up air systems
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and identify repair needs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Document your work and parts usage through our mobile app
• Stay organized with your van, parts, and inventory
• Collaborate with senior techs when needed

Requirements

• 1.5- 3 years of hands-on HVAC or Refrigeration experience (commercial preferred)
• EPA Certification required
• Own basic hand tools
• Comfortable working on rooftops and in restaurant environments
• Reliable, accountable, and ready to work independently
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check

Do Not Apply If:

• You have not worked at least 1.5 years in the HVAC or refrigeration field
• You are not EPA certified
• You do not have your own set of hand tools
• You are not dependable or ready to work full-time
• You are not comfortable working in physical, fast-paced environments

Pay & Perks

$70,000$110,000+ per year (Hourly + OT + Bonuses), depending on experience and readiness to run calls solo
