HVAC Service Technician - (All Experience Levels Welcome)

We are seeking HVAC Service Technicians of all experience levels, from early‑career to highly experienced professionals.
About the Role
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will service, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems in residential and light commercial environments. Responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing system issues and recommending solutions
- Performing routine maintenance and inspections
- Ensuring all work meets safety and efficiency standards
- Troubleshooting complex problems and replacing components
- Educating customers on system operation and maintenance
Success in this role requires strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and solid technical understanding to ensure excellent system performance and customer satisfaction.
Compensation
We offer competitive pay based on experience:
- Entry to Mid-Level Techs:$41,000-$56,000 annually + spiffs
- Experienced Techs:$56,000-$100,000 annually + spiffs

Required Qualifications
We hire at multiple experience levels-requirements vary accordingly:
Entry to Mid-Level Technician
- 1-3 years of HVAC service experience
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- EPA Universal certification preferred but not required
- NATE certification a plus
Experienced Technician
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License required
- NATE certification a plus
- Experience training or mentoring others preferred
