Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in both commercial and residential environments. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to completing work in compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units.
  • Perform routine maintenance, including inspecting and cleaning HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other trades on jobsite activities.
  • Ensure all HVAC work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company expectations.
  • Test HVAC systems for proper functionality and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in a safe, organized manner.
  • Document completed work and communicate progress or field issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain clean, professional, and safe jobsites.

Qualifications:

  • HVAC Technician certification and/or relevant licensure required.
  • 3+ years of HVAC experience in residential and/or commercial settings.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and HVAC schematics.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and HVAC safety regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions.
