Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in both commercial and residential environments. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to completing work in compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units.
Perform routine maintenance, including inspecting and cleaning HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Coordinate with project managers and other trades on jobsite activities.
Ensure all HVAC work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company expectations.
Test HVAC systems for proper functionality and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in a safe, organized manner.
Document completed work and communicate progress or field issues to supervisors.
Maintain clean, professional, and safe jobsites.

Qualifications:

HVAC Technician certification and/or relevant licensure required.
3+ years of HVAC experience in residential and/or commercial settings.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and HVAC schematics.
Familiarity with local building codes and HVAC safety regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions.
