Job Description

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team. We are a property management services company known for clear communication, quality repairs, and timely delivery. This role involves residential and light‑commercial HVAC service, repair, and installation across a variety of projects, including renovations and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems
Complete same‑day repairs when possible, including part replacement
Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and thermostats per manufacturer specifications and code
Diagnose and repair HVAC‑related electrical and plumbing components
Work collaboratively with contractors and internal teams to meet project standards
Provide excellent customer service to residents and homeowners
Communicate job status clearly with management and team members
Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and controls
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and customer service skills

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
