Job Description:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with light commercial, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems, including air handlers, condensers, ductwork, and controls.
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and system performance evaluations to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Respond promptly to service calls and provide efficient, accurate repairs to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to explain system issues and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each job completed.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA standards on all service calls.
• Test HVAC system performance and functionality after repairs to verify proper operation.
• Provide professional and courteous communication with clients, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and service vehicle to ensure job readiness and efficiency.

HVAC Service Technician Job Requirements :

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC service experience

• Residential experience (5+ years) may be considered

• EPA certification required

• Experience working on Trane and Carrier brand units is a bonus

• Valid NC Driver's License with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in physically demanding conditions, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
