Primary Skills: Handyman, HVAC, and Plumbing

Responsibilities:

Repairing gas leaks and water leaks
Performing small plumbing fixes
Cleaning and tuning combustion appliances
Installing dryer vents
Repairing flue pipes
Repairing and cleaning chimney bases
Conducting other major health and safety tasks
Handling small electrical repairs

Qualifications:

Strong handyman skills
HVAC knowledge
Plumbing expertise
Experience in gas leak and water leak repairs
Ability to work on combustion appliances
Familiarity with dryer vent installation
Skills in flue pipe repair
Knowledge of chimney base repair and cleaning
Understanding of health and safety protocols
Capability to tackle small electrical repairs
