🔧 What You'll Do:
✔ Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating & air conditioning systems✔ Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections✔ Clearly explain repair options to customers✔ Deliver outstanding customer service on every call✔ Represent Xtraire with professionalism and pride
✅ Qualifications:
✔ Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience✔ EPA Certification (Required)✔ OSHA Certification (Required)✔ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills✔ Positive attitude and team-first mentality✔ Clean, valid driver's license with a good driving record✔ Ability to work independently while supporting the team
