Job Description

CBH Homes is seeking dedicated HVAC Trim Installers to join our Icon Air team. You will play a crucial role in finalizing HVAC installations, ensuring system efficiency and homeowner satisfaction. This position offers a steady schedule, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for growth within our leading home building company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install HVAC registers, grills, and trim components accurately and efficiently.
  • Complete final hookups for furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, and other related appliances.
  • Collaborate with crew lead to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Maintain safety protocols and clean work areas.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience in HVAC trim installation or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work extended hours as needed.
  • Comfortable working in attics and on ladders.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Dependable team player with good communication skills.
