Description

Bring your residential HVAC leadership to a fast-moving new construction warranty team in Kennesaw, GA, where customer satisfaction and integrity drive every interaction. In this HVACWarranty Service Manager opportunity, you’ll lead a dedicated group of technicians, strengthen the warranty experience for builders and homeowners, and help improve processes that keep work moving efficiently.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Warranty Service Manager position include:

10+ years of HVAC experience, ideally in residential new construction, plus 10+ years of management or service department leadership experience.
Lead and oversee the New Construction Warranty Service Department.
Supervise, support, and mentor approximately 5-8 HVAC service technicians.
Coordinate warranty service work for residential new construction HVAC systems and ensure technicians are properly supported, scheduled, and held accountable.
Interact professionally with builders and homeowners to resolve warranty-related service issues and de-escalate frustrated situations.
Improve department processes, communication, and service quality by reviewing service activity, paperwork, and follow-up items.
Maintain strong residential HVAC technical knowledge and provide occasional hands-on field support when needed.
EPA Certification required; understand newer refrigerant requirements, including R-454B transition.

Salary: $100K-$125K per year target; ceiling up to $150K.
