Hvacr Service Tech - Hvac Maintenance Technician

At Shearer Heating A/C & Refrigeration Inc. in Washington, PA, we are looking for a skilled HVACR Service Tech- HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time. This position enjoys competitive pay of $28-$40/hour and a range of benefits, including:

YOUR DAY AS AN HVACR SERVICE TECH- HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

As an HVACR Service Tech- HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will dispatch from home and be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVACR systems. In this heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration role, you will work directly with customers to ensure their systems are functioning efficiently, communicating clearly about repairs and costs, and using a company-provided tablet to manage pricing and collect payments. Your ability to work independently and professionally will be key to your success!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVACR SERVICE TECH- HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

• 3+ years of HVACR experience
• EPA 608 Universal License
• Valid Driver's License and a good driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and independent work ethic

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time role works Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with on-call rotation every 5+ days.
