Bill rate - $175.00/per hour.Overtime/Holiday rate - $225.00/per hour. We are interested in a local provider.13 week assignmentAdditional info:This person will be going to surgery, in clinic and taking call (5-7 days monthly)This is a 40hour work week, and we close at 2 on FridaysThey will be expected to see anywhere from 10-15 patients when in clinic (they will be in the OR on Tues/Wed)They will be doing injections in office
