Assist in the preparation of CD closings, ensuring all documentation and processes are correctly executed.2. Resolve liens, estoppels, and survey issues promptly and effectively.3. Work closely with the real estate section, providing valuable insights and contributions to ongoing transactions.4. Review and manage Schedule B-I and B-II titles, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.5. Oversee e-filing processes, ensuring all digital documentation is correctly filed and easily accessible.6. Prepare and review title policies, ensuring all details are accurate and all parties are correctly represented.7. Coordinate with various parties including title companies, lenders, brokers, and clients to facilitate transactions.8. Conduct comprehensive research on various legal topics related to commercial real estate.9. Prepare and file various legal documents such as deeds, mortgages, and leases.10. Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and firm matters.Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.2. A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal or a similar role.3. Proficient knowledge of commercial real estate law and industry practices.4. Proven experience with CD closings, resolving liens, estoppels, and survey issues.5. Extensive experience with Schedule B-I and B-II titles.6. Proficient in e-filing and preparing title policies.7. Excellent research and report-writing skills.8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.9. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.10.
