A boutique family law firm north of Seattle is hiring a Family Law Attorney. This is a hands on role for someone who's comfortable in court and has real family law experience, not just paper pushing.
What You'll Do
- Handle family law cases from intake through resolution
- Appear in court regularly: hearings, motions, trials
- Manage discovery, negotiations, and case strategy
- Work directly with clients on custody, support, and property division matters
Qualifications
- J.D. and active WA State Bar admission
- Solid family law background
- Comfortable and confident in a courtroom
- Able to manage a caseload independently
- 1,200 to 1,450 billable hours requirement
