Job Description
Large, top-tier law firm is seeking to hire a Hybrid Legal Assistant with Litigation or Corporate experience to work out of its Century City office. Position works 3 days in office and 2 days at home. Successful candidate will have at 3-8 years of stable experience managing files, records, attorney calendars and time records; and preparing attorney expense reports – preferably at a large to mid-sized firm. Assistant handles all aspects of litigation or corporate document preparation, including processing edits, generating redlines, PDF creation, conversions and quality control of work product, utilizing Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. This position also requires experience handling executive assistant duties such as researching and making complex travel arrangements for attorneys.
