Location: Indianapolis, IN Salary: $40.00 USD Hourly - $60.00 USD Hourly Description: Our client is currently seeking a HYBRID Legal Associate! This is a full time role, working Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm EST MUST reside local to Indianapolis, New York, or Arizona This is a contract-to-perm role, starting on a 6-12 month contract Pay ranging from $40-60/hour, dependent on education/experience MUST be able to pass the bar exam and obtain license for one state within one year In this role, you will will be responsible managing the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) process end-to-end for the Enterprise. You will also help standardize and automate the process leveraging Icertis. This job will have the following responsibilities: Responsible for providing legal support under direct supervision of experienced legal counsel. Assists in a variety of assigned projects by performing routine legal review. Performs legal research and analysis on complex issues. Identifies legal solutions and recommendations to Legal Counsel. At this level the focus is developing professional experience and acquiring knowledge about the business. Qualifications & Requirements: Juris Doctor degree Experience with standard legal concepts and procedures Experience working with SOWs/MSAs Corporate Legal experience ideal Thank you for your time, we look forward to working with you!
