The Hybrid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will provide essential mental health services through both in-person and virtual formats. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience in a clinical setting.
- Competence in using digital platforms for telehealth services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients.
- Experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Understanding of cultural sensitivity and inclusivity in therapy practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Preferred experience with children, adolescents, and families.
