· Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

· A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Pharmacy Benefit Billing Specialist Highlights

· This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

The required availability for this position is:

Must live within 1 hour of the Monroeville, PA site
Required to work onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays every other week (approximately 4 times per month)
Must be willing to come onsite for additional business needs if required
Full-time, 40+ hours per week

Pharmacy Benefit Billing Specialist Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate submission of pharmacy benefit claims
Communicate with various payers and insurance processors to resolve accounts receivable claims for reimbursement
Research and resolve billing discrepancies
Maintain accurate documentation of claim and reimbursement activity
Prioritize daily tasks to meet productivity and quality standards
Work collaboratively in a team environment while providing strong customer service
