Well-established top-tier mid-sized law firm seeks Real Estate Transactional Paralegal for its Los Angeles office. Low annual billable requirement! Works three days in office and two at home. Paralegal must hit the ground running handling Title and Survey Review. Attorneys handle real estate transactional matters, including purchase and sale transactions, joint ventures, and office, industrial and retail leasing. Firm’s clients are national and regional developers, pension funds, pension fund advisors, REITs, institutional investors, landlords, tenants, public and private companies, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs.
