This role is designed for individuals who want to learn the insurance business from the ground up, follow a proven system for success, and ultimately train to become their own agency owner.

Responsibilities
Your Role:
Consult with clients to identify their insurance needs
Educate customers on coverage options
Help protect families and businesses with the right policies
Follow our proven sales and service process
Participate in training and development programs
Grow into leadership and agency ownership opportunities
Who Were Looking For:
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Coachable with a positive attitude
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working remotely
Sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
Must be willing to obtain (or already have) an insurance lice
