Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Hydro Tester to support the final stage of heat exchanger production. This role is responsible for performing hydrostatic pressure testing to ensure product integrity, identifying leaks or defects, and confirming that assemblies meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow precise testing procedures.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform hydrostatic testing on assembled heat exchangersMonitor pressure levels to ensure compliance with specificationsInspect units for leaks, defects, or structural issuesDocument test results accurately and report any failuresAssist with setup and preparation of units prior to testingDrain, dry, and tag completed units after testingMaintain testing equipment and ensure proper operationFollow all safety, quality, and production procedures

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious manufacturing or testing experience requiredExperience with hydro testing or pressure testing preferredAbility to read gauges, measurements, and test specificationsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsComfortable working with water pressure systems and equipmentAbility to follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols
