Hydro Tester Weekend ShiftPay:$24.00 per hourLocation:Tulsa, OK 74117Shift:Weekend Shift | Friday Sunday | 5: 00 AM 5: 30 PM(Paid for 40 Hours)Job Type:Temp-to-HireJob Order #:125104Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Hydro Tester to support the final stage of heat exchanger production in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for performing hydrostatic pressure testing to verify product integrity, identify leaks or defects, and ensure completed assemblies meet quality and safety standards.The ideal Hydro Tester has manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow precise testing procedures in a production environment.Required Experience & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required Previous manufacturing or testing experience required Hydrostatic testing or pressure testing experience preferred Ability to read gauges, measurements, and testing specifications Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with water pressure systems and testing equipment Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIREDEssential Duties & Responsibilities Perform hydrostatic pressure testing on assembled heat exchangers Monitor pressure levels to ensure compliance with engineering specifications Inspect completed units for leaks, defects, or structural concerns Accurately document test results and report failures or quality issues Assist with setup and preparation of units prior to testing Drain, dry, and tag completed units following successful testing Maintain testing equipment and ensure proper operation Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and production personnel Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentPreferred Qualifications Experience working with pressure vessels, heat exchangers, or industrial equipment Manufacturing quality control or inspection experience Experience reading technical specifications and production documents Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsPhysical Requirements Ability to stand and work throughout the shift Ability to lift, move, and position materials and components as needed Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements Ability to work around pressurized systems and industrial equipment safelyWork Environment Industrial manufacturing environment Exposure to water pressure systems, production equipment, and industrial materials Fast-paced setting focused on safety, quality, and production efficiency Team-oriented workplace with opportunities for advancementWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive pay rate Three-day work week with full-time pay Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to work in specialized heat exchanger manufacturing Stable work environment with growth potentialReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text us at 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PMStand-By Personnel
