Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Account Coordination
- Partner with the Lead Account Manager to support day-to-day account management
- Track action items, deliverables, and timelines across multiple projects
- Ensure follow-ups are completed and priorities are executed
Client Engagement
- Maintain regular communication with client stakeholders and general contractors
- Respond to requests, provide updates, and ensure clear communication
- Support a consistent and reliable client experience
Revenue & Opportunity Tracking
- Monitor changes in scope and flag potential additional work
- Support development of proposals and pricing inputs
- Maintain visibility into active and upcoming opportunities
Internal Alignment
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, engineering, recruiting, finance) to move work forward
- Communicate client needs clearly and ensure alignment across teams
- Track progress and follow through on outstanding items
Salesforce & Reporting
- Maintain accurate account activity, opportunities, and notes in Salesforce
- Support pipeline tracking and basic reporting
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role
- Experience supporting large or complex accounts (data center, construction, infrastructure, or similar preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deliverables
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams
- Proficiency in Salesforce
